How It Started

In December 2025, our founder walked into a Houston restaurant during the holiday rush. The wait was brutal. Servers were sprinting. Tables were abandoned. Orders were wrong. A great night out had turned into a stress test that nobody signed up for.

It wasn’t the staff’s fault. They were overwhelmed by volume that no human team could have handled alone. And with the 2026 FIFA World Cup — the largest sporting event ever hosted in North America — bringing an estimated $1.5 billion in economic impact and 500,000 visitors to Houston (Houston Host Committee), the moment was clear: this city’s restaurants needed a solution before the world showed up.

360AI was founded that same month.

Wilson Q. Nguyen

Wilson is a veteran business advisor and Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience helping companies — from energy giants to multinational manufacturers — optimize operations and drive measurable results.

His career spans Deloitte, BDO, RSM, and Environmental Resources Management (ERM), where he engineered tax strategies that saved clients up to $4 million per year and led cross-industry operational transformation. He holds a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business (GPA 3.8) and a Texas CPA license.

That same analytical rigor is what he’s now applying to restaurants. As a Houston-based professional who has spent his career finding operational inefficiencies in complex businesses, Wilson saw clearly what the hospitality industry was leaving on the table — and built 360AI to fix it.
